All properties offered for rental by Sidelet are strictly no smoking - please respect the owners wishes and do not smoke in the apartments/villas.
All damages must be reported to Sidelet as soon as possible - charges may apply for larger items at the owners discretion.
Unnacceptable behaviour will result in clients being asked to vacate the property early.
Energy savers must not be detached from the property keys under any circumstances - doing so will result in additional charges.
Lost key call-out-standard charge of £25.00 or £50.00 late evening/night/early morning call-out. (pounds sterling)
Individual insurance is the responsibility of the rental client, Sidelet cannot be held responsible for any loss/theft/personal injury arising during their stay either within one of our rental properties/pools/grounds or while in the resort.
Although we have carefully chosen the companies that we deal with, Sidelet accepts no responsibility for failure of other companies to fulfill their booking/ safety obligations.
Owners have thoughtfully supplied bedding and also towels which are for for bathroom use only, please do not use these towels for the pool.
Please note all of the properties on Sidelet are self catering properties -ie it is the renters responsibility to provide washing powder, toilet rolls etc for their own use. If these items are left in the apartment by the owner it would be appeciated if they were replaced ready for the next guests
Cancellation by us.
We may occasionally have to cancel your holiday lets as a result of force majeure, that is any occurrence outside our control and which could not have been avoided with all due care.
End cleaning of the property is included in the rental price, however if you require additional cleaning, please look at our Cleaning Service page for prices and contact details.
On the day of departure guests must give access to cleaners at latest 9 am to prepare the apartment for the arrival of the next guests should the need arise.
Sidelet try to ensure the accuracy of all information contained within the website,however obviously occasionally errors do occur and we retain the right to change information at any time -and this will not change bookings made on any apartment.
Sidelet reserve the right to provide alternative accomodation to the same standard or of a higher standard should a apartment become unavailable at short notice ie - sale of a property, damage to a property or a double booking having been made .
