• Representation and assistance provided for any site meeting, legal meeting, residents conferences
• Apartment/ villa winter "close down" - patio furniture, security/ storm blinds, sunbed mattresses all secured
• Supervision of delivery and installation of any goods ordered 
• Purchase or replacement of any household goods - from sunbeds to televisions, bedding to brushes
• Security and repair checks - contact with caretaker/ inspector/ developer
• Mail retrieval
• Pool and garden maintainance*
• Car hire arrangements
• Bill payment
• Key holding and emergency key delivery service

Cleaners work from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. - Monday to Saturday.

Any additional cleaning required outside of these times will be charged at double time.

Any booked clean that cannot be fulfilled by no fault of Sidelet ,be it refusal of guests to allow entry to a property to incorrect cleaning dates given by the owner will incur a charge of half of the normal cleaning rate for that property.
