- The spacious fully equipped kitchen has a large range of fitted units, a built-in dishwasher, an oven plus second oven/microwave, gas/electric hob, large fridge/freezer, a hot and cold water dispenser and mobile gas BBQ for the terrace
- The ground floor also has a very large shower room with toilet and wash hand basin
- The first floor has the master bedroom with its own dressing room with wardrobes and a large jacuzzi bathroom, 2 further double bedrooms with large balconies overlooking the pool, countryside and mountains and another large bathroom
- The upper floor has another 2 large double bedrooms (one has 2 double beds) which overlook the pool and mountains, and another glazed spare room. This floor also has a large laundry room with washing machine and interior drying facilities, off which is another large bathroom
- The villa has a modern interior, full air-conditioning, double-glazing with shutters, 24 hour manned security and each of the 4 bathrooms has its own hairdryer.
